How do I order carton boxes from Carton Boxes Singapore?

You can order in three ways. Fill in the online order form on our Carton Box Order Form page, call our hotline at 6372-1581, or visit our showroom at 1092 Lower Delta Road, #06-10, Singapore 169203 to buy and self collect. For custom made boxes, see our Custom Made Carton Box Enquiry guide and email us your sizes and quantity, and we will reply the next working day.

Do you have a minimum order quantity?

Standard stock boxes and packing materials can be bought in small quantities, including single pieces, at our showroom. Custom made carton boxes have a minimum order quantity that depends on the size of the box, and we do not customise any quantity below 50 pieces.

How much does delivery cost and how fast is it?

Delivery within Singapore is priced by option at checkout. Same day delivery is 40 dollars for orders placed and confirmed before 12pm on a working day. Delivery within 3 working days is 30 dollars. You can also choose self collection at our showroom at no charge. Delivery is on Monday to Friday.

Can I self collect my order?

Yes. Choose Self Collection on the order form or let us know when you call, then collect from our showroom at 1092 Lower Delta Road, #06-10, Singapore 169203 during opening hours. Self collection is free.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, PayNow and PayLah. Orders are confirmed and paid before we deliver, so there is no cash on delivery. Government and corporate buyers can also pay by e-Invoice through Vendors.gov.sg (Vendor@Gov). We do not accept Visa or NETS.

What sizes of carton boxes do you sell?

Our standard double wall moving cartons range from about 46cm to 65cm in length and are listed with prices on our Carton Boxes page. We also sell a document box sized for A4 archive files. If you need a size we do not stock, we can custom make it to your measurements.

Can you make custom carton boxes with printing?

Yes. We custom make RSC cartons, die-cut boxes and partition boxes, in single or double wall, with or without printing. Printing is available in one colour, two colour or full colour, and printing mould charges apply. Please provide your inner sizes in millimetres, board thickness, quantity and any samples so we can quote accurately.

How long does a custom carton box order take?

Once your order and artwork are confirmed, our usual production and delivery time is 4 to 9 working days. Larger quantities or complex printing may take longer, and we will confirm the timeline when we reply to your enquiry.

How do I measure a carton box before ordering?

Measure the box by its internal dimensions in the order Length x Width x Height, in millimetres. Measuring the inside makes sure your product fits, because the thickness of the corrugated board is not counted. See our RSC box guide for a full explanation.

Do you deliver on weekends or public holidays?

Deliveries are made on Monday to Friday only. Our showroom is open 11am to 5pm on weekdays and 10am to 2pm on Saturday by appointment. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays.

Can I return or exchange boxes if I ordered the wrong quantity or size?

Unused stock items in their original condition may be returned within 7 days with proof of purchase, and a restocking fee may apply. Custom made boxes are produced to your specification and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty. If your delivery is damaged, wrong or short, contact us within 48 hours.
