1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales of carton boxes, packing materials and related products by Carton Boxes Singapore (CartonBoxes.Sg), whether ordered at our showroom, by phone, or through this website. By requesting a quotation or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy and Warranty Policy.

3. Quotations and prices
- A quotation is an invitation to order and does not create a binding contract until we accept your order.
- Unless stated otherwise, a quotation is valid for 30 days from its date, after which prices may change without notice.
- Prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Where Goods and Services Tax applies, it will be shown on your invoice.
- Prices shown on the website are for standard stock items and may be updated from time to time. The price confirmed for your order is the price that applies.
- Custom box prices depend on size, board thickness, quantity, printing and finishing, and are confirmed in a written quotation.
4. Orders and acceptance
When you place an order, you make an offer to buy the goods. A contract is formed only when we confirm and accept the order, for example by issuing an order confirmation or an order reference number. We may decline or cancel an order before delivery, for reasons such as stock availability or an obvious pricing error, and if you have already paid for a declined order we will refund you in full.
5. Custom made boxes
- Custom made boxes are produced to the sizes, board, quantity and artwork you approve in the quotation.
- Our minimum order quantity for custom boxes depends on the size of the box, and we do not customise any quantity below 50 pieces.
- You are responsible for checking and approving all measurements, quantities and artwork before production begins.
- Handmade and printed goods may vary slightly in size, colour and finish within normal manufacturing tolerances.
- Once you approve a custom order and production starts, it cannot be cancelled, changed or refunded except where the goods are faulty.
6. Payment
We accept the following payment methods:
- Cash, PayNow and PayLah.
- Government and corporate buyers may pay by e-Invoice through Vendors.gov.sg (Vendor@Gov), on the terms stated on the invoice.
We do not accept Visa or NETS. Other than approved e-Invoice arrangements for government and corporate buyers, all orders are confirmed and paid before we deliver, and we do not offer cash on delivery. For self collection, you pay when you collect at our showroom. For custom orders, we may require a deposit before production, with full payment before delivery. Goods remain our property until paid for in full, as set out in section 8.
7. Delivery and self collection
- You can choose free self collection at our showroom, or delivery within Singapore for a charge shown at the time of order.
- Same day delivery is available for orders placed and confirmed before 12pm on a working day, subject to availability.
- Deliveries are made Monday to Friday. We do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.
- Delivery times are estimates given in good faith and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control.
- Please make sure someone is available to receive and check the goods at the delivery address. Additional charges may apply for restricted zones, sites without a proper loading bay, or re-delivery after a failed attempt.
8. Title and risk
Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to your address or collected by you. Ownership of the goods remains with us until we have received payment in full. This means we may recover unpaid goods if payment is not made as agreed.
9. Cancellation and changes
You may cancel or change an order for standard stock items before it is dispatched or collected, and we will refund any payment for items not yet supplied. Custom made boxes cannot be cancelled or changed once approved and in production, as set out in section 5. If you need to change an order, contact us as early as possible and we will help where we can.
10. Returns and warranty
Returns, refunds and faulty goods are dealt with under our Return and Refund Policy and Warranty Policy, which form part of these terms. Please report damaged, wrong or short deliveries within 48 hours of receipt.
11. Artwork and intellectual property
If you supply artwork, logos, text or designs for printing, you confirm that you own them or have the right to use them, and that they do not infringe anyone else's rights. You agree to cover us for any claim arising from the artwork you provide. We do not create designs on your behalf. All content on this website, including text, images and layout, belongs to Carton Boxes Singapore and may not be copied or reused without our permission.
12. Limitation of liability
We will supply goods that meet the agreed specification and are of satisfactory quality. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for the goods concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as loss of profit, loss of the contents packed in a box, or business interruption. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including your rights under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act.
13. Events beyond our control
We are not responsible for any failure or delay in performing our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, severe weather, supply shortages, transport disruption, industrial action, or acts of government. Where such an event occurs, we will contact you and work with you to find a fair solution.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Singapore courts. We may update these terms from time to time, and the version shown on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies.
